Captain v President - Saturday 8th March
The captain’s ‘drive-in’ day was overcast and wintry and not conducive to golf; at least that is what the captain David Pike was saying when he announced the winners as the president’s team. Dan Putt the president was well pleased. As is the custom of the club the losers bought the winners their meal. Lady Captain v Secretary - Saturday 29th March
This again was another cold day when the Lady Captain - Glenys Tattersall team challenged the lady secretary’s team ( Carroll Ashton). Carroll’s team had the trophy returned to them.
