You need a good drive to the marker post. This leaves the green open but go left and you are in trouble. This is a difficult par 4 to start and a 5 is good.

A reasonable par 3 guarded by a bunker in front but wayward shots right or left could be severely punished

A good drive to the centre of the fairway should give you a good opportunity of par . Out of bounds all down the left side.

A good drive required with Morecambe Bay in the distance. Stay right, all the danger is down the left side. Second shot is down hill.

A good hole with long carry but every chance of par.

Needs a well placed drive. All the danger is on the right. If this is avoided there’s a good chance of par.

Good drive over Myers Dyke leaves a slight left dog leg for your second shot. A well placed second shot should give you birdie chance.

Arriving at the 9th green

Tricky par 5. Long drive required if you want to clear Myers Dyke with second shot. If not lay up and take long third shot to green. Good large green but be happy if you come off with a 6.

Long driving hole. Out of bounds all the way up the left side and green guarded with bunker to right side.

Second par 5. Out of bounds to right of trees when driving. Third shot is to a raised green guarded by trees on all sides.

Fairly straightforward, watch for trees on right of green. Should get you a par.

Driving from the 13th

A good drive into valley leaves second shot to raised green guarded by rock face. Beware, many a good card ruined at this hole.

Short drive of about 150yds to get position for second shot then dog leg left.

An accurate drive required here, not a long hole but be very careful both right and left. Another hole to ruin a good card!

Almost home now. To finish is a very picturesque par 3. Go for it and finish a memorable game of golf with a birdie 2.
