“Dear Stuart
I am writing to thank you and the staff at Silverdale Golf Club for the hospitality you extended to us last week.
The twenty of us are all members at Stand G.C. and historically we have held our end of season finals day at some of the most prestigious golf clubs in the North West. Recent years has seen us have a day out at S & A, Hillside, Fairhaven, Sandiway and others.
The welcome and hospitality we received at Silverdale has not been bettered at any of the aforementioned Golf Clubs. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home and at ease. A very special mention to Eddie who provided early morning bacon sandwiches to a high standard and then some great snacks later in the day. Also a big thank you to Stuart who kindly provided us with a couple of prizes for nearest the pin competitions.
Each and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our day at your club and no doubt many will return.
