Friends and the "100 Club"
The Friends of Silverdale Golf Club are an extremely enthusiastic and active group of people dedicated to the support of the club by organising and running a variety of social events including dinner dances, coffee mornings, raffles etc.
Each year the Friends raise in the region of £11,000 for the club and over the years have paid for big ticket items such as our new green keepers' facility. The decoration of the club house, new air lines, winter tee mats have all been funded by the Friends.
One of the Friends' major fundraising activities is the Centenary 100 Club. Draws are made each quarter to award 6 cash prizes ranging from £50 - £400. In addition a Bonus Draw is made each Xmas, with the first prize being a massive £1,000!
As a "100 Club" member you have a chance to win one of these prizes. You also receive a free invitation to our Xmas Cheese and Wine Party when the Bonus Draw is made.
Members and non-members are welcome to join the "100 Club" for only £10 a month simply by downloading and completing an application form or by ringing our Proshop on 01524 701300 ext:3.
