Spring Watch

Over 120 played in SGC's first Open of the season. A 4 Person Team, 2 to count Stableford. Two mixed Teams were 1st & 2nd both from Penwortham GC. Captains' Drive-Ins
On Saturday 10 April our Captains got the season underway with the traditional "drive-in". As usual we had a "guess the yardage" competition with proceeds going to the Captains' charities. This was won by Keith Cordukes who received a bottle of Stormy Bay Gin which was kindly donated by Jonathan Barkley of Bay Distilleries.
