Note to members:
As from Monday 1 st June golf at Silverdale Golf Club can be played in 3 or 4 balls.
Please make sure you still follow Social Distancing rules.
Also, please note that the Practice Ground is open. Members are asked to notify the Pro-Shop when they wish to use this area. Two people only at any one-time, Social Distancing of course applies.

Our Tee-booking System has been upgraded
Our tee-booking system (BRS) has been upgraded and we think improved! When you click on the tee booking links now you will see that BRS have made some changes that we think makes it easier to use and also allows you to access Handicap Master. They also have an app for mobile phones, etc. Its really user-friendly and is an alternative way to book your tee-times. You can download it here.

Competition start up
Competitions for the Men will start up on Sunday 7th June with the June monthly medal. 3 Divisions. White Tees, Full Handicap. Entry £4 including Two's On Tuesday 9th June the Seniors (60+) start there programme with the Jim Atkinson Trophy. Stableford Full Handicap,Play from White Tees. Entry £4 including Two's Both competitions become bookable Thursday 28th May. Make sure you have enough money in your purse.

All 18 holes will be open from Wednesday 27 May (and visitors can play again)!
YES ... we are back to PLAYING THE FULL 18 HOLES from Wednesday morning the 27th May. Remember:-
- we are still playing in maximum of 2 Balls
- we are Social Distancing
- you must book before you play, either online or by phoning the Proshop
- we do not touch the flag, rakes, bins, seats, drink fountains
- we change in the car park
- report to the Proshop, 10 minutes before you play

Course Reopening - Update
Following the virtual meeting (ZOOM) earlier this evening, I would like to give you a further update :-
1) We will be playing eleven holes as from tomorrow Wednesday 20th May. Play from the 1st through to the 11th. Holes 12 to 18 will be rested.
2) From tomorrow, a member can invite one guest to play. The guest must play with the member. The Green Fee for the guest is £10, whilst we are playing eleven holes.

Course Reopening
I would just like to give an update. You all know we opened on Wednesday playing 9 holes, those being 1and then 11 to 18. A lot of our members have taken the chance to get out on the course, many more than once. How strange to hit off the fairway and even stranger, to have run on the ball !
